[Olenellus freemonti] Olenellus freemonti (Walcott, 1910): Early Cambrian (560 my), Latham Shale, near Cadiz, Marble Mountains, San Bernardino Co., California [max. length 125 mm]. LACMIP locality 23376.

Fossiliferous beds of the Latham Shale contain numerous specimens of trilobites, brachiopods, and rare echinoderms. Most trilobite specimens are collected as single cephalons (or head shields) in contrast to this well preserved complete specimen.
